• Working procedure: This is a fully-automatic and continuous cutting line which can process 5 blocks together at the same time.
• It uses PLC control, and the blocks will be stopped and transferred automatically by reaching the light sensor.
• The block will be cut horizontally in the first station, then transferred to the next station for vertical cutting, then transferred to cross cutting station. The end is products collecting
• Adopts PLC and touch screen controls, the line achieves fully automatic running without photoelectric sensor switches.
• Material feeding, layering, cutting and cutting off runs at the same time which ensures a high continuity and improves cutting efficiency greatly.
• It needs only 2 to 3 people to operate the whole line.
• Instead of using the principle of cutting plates by heating the electrical wire, vibration cutting speed raised more than one times.
• Equipped with correcting device, working stations have a higher cutting accuracy.

The machine can cutting EPS block with very high efficiency . EPS panel are widely used for external wall building insulation, sanwich panel , etc.
