Cutting Machine
The cutting section consists of three main machines arranged in the following order: longitudinal cutting and edge trimming machine, strips cutting machine, and cross-cutting machine.
Longitudinal Cutting and Edge Trimming Machine:
- Adjustable Side Knives: The two side knives can be moved left and right to adjust the width of the boards. Maximum width: 1200 mm.
- Central Knife: The central knife is fixed but can be raised if a central cut is not needed.
- Edge Processing: When the side edges are cut off, the material is finely ground and returned through a pipeline into the drum, where it is reintroduced into the production process.
- Dual Knife Sets: The machine has two sets of knives: one main and one backup, mounted on the machine for quick change in case of breakdown or wear.
Strips Cutting Machine:
- Width Adjustment: Depending on the desired width of the strips (50 mm, 75 mm, or other), an axle with fixed blades arranged along it is mounted on the machine. All knives rotate simultaneously.
- Dual Knife Sets: The machine has two sets of knives: one main and one backup, mounted on the machine for quick change in case of breakdown or wear.
Cross-Cutting Machine:
- Dual Knives: Two knives are mounted on the machine: one for normal cutting and another for dustless cutting.
- Precision Cutting: The servo motors of the two knives ensure a cutting accuracy of up to ± 3 mm.
- Dual Knife Sets: The machine has two sets of knives: one main and one backup. At higher production line speeds (> 12 m/min), both knives should be used for simultaneous cutting.
Waste dust from the entire cutting section is fed into the gas filtration compartments.
