The flat metal strip enters the roll forming machine, where it passes through a series of precision-engineered roller dies. Each set of rollers gradually bends the sheet into the desired cross-sectional profile (e.g., corrugated, trapezoidal). This cold-forming process ensures consistent shape accuracy and structural integrity.

In the foaming stage, liquid polyurethane (or other insulating materials) is injected between the top and bottom metal panels. The liquid mixture expands rapidly, filling the cavity and bonding to the metal skins. As it cures, it forms a rigid, high-density insulation core with excellent thermal performance.

The foamed panel then enters the double belt press, which consists of two synchronized, temperature-controlled steel belts. These belts apply uniform pressure and heat to the panel, ensuring the foam cures completely and the panel achieves its final thickness, flatness, and dimensional stability.

The flying saw is a high-precision cutting device that operates in sync with the moving panel. It automatically matches the panel’s speed, travels along with it, and makes a clean, burr-free cut to the pre-set length. After cutting, it quickly returns to its starting position for the next cycle.

After cutting, the panels enter the cooling and drying section. Here, they are conveyed slowly to allow the foam core to fully cure and stabilize. This step also helps release any residual heat, ensuring the panels are dimensionally stable and ready for handling.

The final stage is the stacking system. Finished panels are automatically aligned and stacked in neat bundles by a robotic or mechanical stacker. This ensures efficient packaging, easy transportation, and protection of the panel surfaces during storage and delivery.
